Adelian Adventure Scenarios

Every so often, I write 4000 word or so scenarios set in the World of Adel. So far they have all been short and fairly simple adventures. They include no maps, since my map-making ability is fairly limited, and they leave open many holes for a creative Game Master to fill. My goal is to make more, preferably some longer, inter-linked, narrative-driven adventures with casts of characters and exciting stories and events. I will collect them in this section as I write them. At the end of each scenario, I try to include a page where it can be genericized if you don’t want to play in the World of Adel.

•The Silver Lance: After returning from a trip to a nearby mine and subsequently dying from a strange disease, a small group of children spark an old arcanist to seek after something dangerous. Upon his death, consumed as well by the Silver Power a band of Sorians moves in on the site and sparks the entry of the player characters into the mystery.

•Dark Winter: A criminal boss in Oomash gets much more than he bargained for, as his smuggling operation is snowed in by an early winter and the arrival of a migration of Ice Drakes, and suddenly all too vulnerable to discovery.
